Exchange & Returns Policies
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange or 100% refund, your item must be defective or incorrectly delivered. To complete your exchange or refunds, we require proof of purchase and defectiveness. To process the return/refund please send an email to email@example.com to initiate the process. We are not responsible for any returned orders without an email request. Please do not send the order back to the manufacturer.
If the items are not defective or incorrectly delivered, we still accept return for 15% restocking fee. If the item is customized 20% restocking fee is applied. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org regarding your issue. We're willing to help you with your orders.

- Downloadable software products/Digital Files
- Some health and personal care items
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.
